FAQ’s
The yearly expense for a senior-level designer working full-time can surpass £50,000, along with benefits. Additionally, there’s the issue of not consistently having sufficient tasks to keep them occupied, resulting in having to pay for unutilised time.
After subscribing, you can include an unlimited number of design requests in your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially.
Each task is different, so more complex tasks can take longer than simpler tasks, but on average we aim for a 2-3 day delivery time.
It might come as a surprise, but Design Flex operates with a solo designer. So you will only have one point of contact throughout the process.
As we only have a solo designer there will be times that I may be off sick or need to take a well earned holiday. If I’m unavailable for a week or two and you feel like you’ve waited to long for a task, please get in touch and a pro rata refund can be made for the time I was unavailable in that particular month.
Generally design tasks are created using one of the Adobe Creative Software applications.
Design requests are made through your Trello board. Here you can share Google Docs or wireframes, or even create a concise brief through a Loom video for those who prefer a non-written approach. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, it’s an acceptable means of communication.
Our Subscription plans have unlimited revisions, so we’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
The following types of design work aren’t covered: 3D modelling, complexed animations, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.). We also aren’t coders! So no programming!
Were not a massive fan of meetings, so although we are happy to jump on a quick call, we won’t be joining big team meetings that last way longer than they need too!
A payment form will be sent to you via email. Payment is taken on the 1st of each month.
Please note : If you sign up halfway through a 4 week month, and want to get started with your subscription straight away, a pro rata one-off fee will be required to cover the cost of this particular month.
For example, if you sign up to the PRO plan 2 weeks into a 4 week month, your first full payment of £1500 won’t be taken until the 1st of the following month, so a one of payment of £750 will be required for us to be able to get started straight away, otherwise work won’t be started until the first subscription payment has been taken on the 1st of the following month.
I would recommend using the hourly packages, if you don’t have ongoing design requests.
This is a subscription based model, so payment is still taken even if you haven’t added any design tasks. It’s up to you to make the most of your subscription, however you are free to cancel anytime.
Due to the time and effort that goes into each design, refunds will not be issued.
